STR-NKP-1型給水管側壁噴塑器  Spraying machine for piping inner wall

采使用在孔眼及中小型管路的內腔噴漆工藝，它是使用無氣靜電粉末噴涂機氣力輸送機來的低壓內墻乳膠漆，在珍品的噴管，使內墻乳膠漆吸霧后立即造成汽車喇叭形（園球形、實心），一致地噴在管路內外表面，因而推動管路的噴漆工藝。 NKP-1型通常適用于Ф50-Ф300mm的通風管道，材料凝固點禁止超出80秒（4號福特杯）。若是油漆涂料粘度指數高與80秒，需要液體溶解。NKP-1型幾乎上不易管路時長約束，但合適不短于15米。

NKP-type 1 is mainly used in Ф 50-Ф 300 mm pipe, coating viscosity shall not be higher than the 80 seconds (4 ford cup). If the paint is higher than 80 seconds, viscosity should be diluted solvent. NKP-type 1 basically from piping length restrictions, but had better not longer than 15 meters.
