噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

3、首要高壓電器元器件封裝均通過原產品牌，具特點比較穩定，安全防護質量好，用質保期長，定期維護很簡單；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、機器采取單級排塵，第一個級采取風暴分割器，第二點級用活性炭濾芯式排塵系統的，其總排塵質量能夠達到99.99%之內；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各設計電控體統利用互鎖操縱，當這其中一設計出來故章時，相關聯設計均止住做工作，噴槍止住噴出；

8、房體選取建筑施工裝潢設計構思，的外觀精簡、形象美觀、國家標準，降噪處理成果好，且按照便捷性。
